ADEZE OJUKWU
Mrs. Ojukwu is the Assistant Features Editor of Champion Newspapers Limited in Lagos, Nigeria. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MS and a postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. She is also the recipient of several professional journalism awards. During her Humphrey year, Ms. Ojukwu will focus on mass communication tools to combat HIV/AIDS and other related public health and development issues, such as environmental safety, food security, poverty reduction, and good governance. She will seek to form partnerships with government officials, UN agencies, media organizations, key US-based media experts, academics, and development-related NGO.
